Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator name]
(“TempMaily”, “we”, “us”) for your use of tempmaily.net and temporary email addresses on
eee.best (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t
agree, please don’t use it.
1. The Service
TempMaily provides free, temporary, receive-only email addresses. Each address and its messages are deleted automatically about one hour after creation or receipt. The Service cannot send email. Features may change, and the Service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.
2. Use it for the right things
Temporary email is meant for low-stakes uses such as newsletter sign-ups, one-time codes, downloads and testing. Do not use it for anything you may need to access later – banking, payments, government services, work or school accounts, or any account you care about. Once an address expires you can’t receive password resets or notices on it, and deleted messages can’t be recovered by anyone, including us.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or encourage anyone else to;
- commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, or obtain goods, services, trials or promotions you aren’t entitled to;
- create accounts to evade bans, harass people, or manipulate votes, reviews or other systems;
- receive, store or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
- overload, probe, scrape or disrupt the Service, bypass its rate limits or security measures, or create addresses in bulk with automated tools;
- misrepresent your affiliation with TempMaily or anyone else.
We may block addresses, IP addresses or networks, and remove messages, if we believe these terms are being broken or to protect the Service and its users.
4. Messages you receive
Messages are sent by third parties. We don’t write, review or endorse them and aren’t responsible for their content, links or offers. Messages are automatically cleaned for safety, but you should still be careful with links and never enter passwords or payment details on a site you reached through an unexpected email.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process and how long we keep it. Your inbox is private to the browser holding its key; if you share that key (for example by showing someone the “View on phone” QR code) the other person can read your inbox.
6. Advertising
The Service is free because it shows ads on its informational pages. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google; we aren’t responsible for the products or services they promote.
7. Our content
The TempMaily name, logo, website design and text belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our pages, but please don’t copy the site or present it as your own.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability or that any message will be delivered. Some websites block disposable email addresses; we don’t guarantee that any site will accept them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempMaily and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, access, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD 50. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless TempMaily and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms or the law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
