New: Get Your Temporary Email at 1due.com
TempMaily has a new home for your inbox. Alongside eee.best, every address can now also live on 1due.com – a short, easy-to-type domain that works exactly the same way. Same one-click inbox, same privacy, just more choice.
What’s new
- Two domains. Your temporary address is now on either
eee.bestor1due.com, for examplek9xq2m@1due.com. - Automatic switching. Each time you press Generate new, TempMaily switches to the other domain. If one address doesn’t suit you, the next one is on a different domain.
- Pick your domain. Choosing a Custom name? Click the domain next to the name field and pick the one you prefer.
Nothing else changes. Your inbox is still private to your browser, messages still arrive within seconds, and everything is still deleted automatically when the address expires.
How to choose a domain
- Press Custom name in the sidebar.
- Type the name you’d like, such as
newsletter-test. - Click the domain shown after the name (
@eee.bestor@1due.com) and choose the one you want from the list. - Press Use this address.
Each domain has its own set of names, so newsletter-test@eee.best and newsletter-test@1due.com are two
different addresses. As before, a name can’t be taken while someone else is using it, and an address is never
handed to someone new until 30 days after it expires.
Why a second domain?
Short and easy to type. 1due.com is quick to read out or type on a phone keyboard – handy when you’re
filling in a form on another device.
More choice when a form is picky. Some sign-up forms only accept certain domains. Having two gives you another option for legitimate one-off sign-ups. If a site doesn’t want temporary addresses at all, though, it’s usually a sign that you should use a permanent address or an alias there instead – our article on why websites block temporary email explains why.
A more reliable service. Spreading addresses across two domains makes TempMaily more resilient for everyone.
Everything else stays the same
- Addresses last one hour, and Extend time adds an hour – up to three times.
- Copy code grabs verification codes in one tap, and Open link shows where a link goes before you click.
- Share inbox gives you a link and QR code to open the same inbox on your phone.
- Scripts and attachments are always removed, and you can hide remote images with one click.
